Yoga at Moar Gut
Our new, south-facing, light-flooded yoga room creates space for special vacation experiences. Our yoga teachers Johanna and Vera are on site around four times a week to create moments of peace and relaxation with you. Thanks to the spacious sun terrace, yoga classes can be moved outside at any time. To get even closer to nature, morning yoga classes are often held on the yoga platform with a view over the entire Grossarl Valley.

Regular yoga improves flexibility, strengthens the muscles and promotes blood circulation. The combination of physical exercises and meditation helps to calm the mind.
