Our Kinderhof team introduces itself
Daniela
Daniela has been with us since 2018 and took over the management of our Natur Kinderhof just one year later. In addition to looking after the babies and children, office work is therefore also part of her everyday professional life. And it is precisely this variety that makes working at Moar Gut so special for Dani. Her favorite day is definitely the farm day. As well as baking bread with Eva, driving the tractor is always a highlight for her. Dani is particularly proud of her girls and her great team. Whether at work or at home - the Natur Kinderhof team sticks together and is always up for a good time!
Conny
Conny is a mother of two girls herself and knows how important it is to listen to the needs of the parents, even on vacation. It is therefore very important to Conny that the children are well looked after and that the parents can take some valuable time together. Conny has enriched our Kinderhof team for about three years now and welcomes the children at Natur Kinderhof every day with a smile on her face. Her tasks are very varied, but she is mainly responsible for the babies and toddlers. Conny loves to feed the babies, put them to sleep, cuddle with them and read to the slightly older ones or play with them. As Conny loves to bake, baking bread, pizza and muffins are her favorite things to do in the Kinderhof kitchen.
Katharina
Kathi is our kids and teens supervisor, comes from Lower Austria and has been in Grossarl for four years. True to the motto "Once in Grossarl, always in Grossarl!" With her good humor, she quickly motivates the teens to take part in a wide variety of activities. Whether it's a trip to mini golf or a joint dance workshop. With Kathi, fun is already pre-programmed. The weekly show with the kids is Kathi's greatest passion. And Gusti, of course! He is the biggest highlight not only for the children, but also for Kathi.
Carina
Carina, our little chick in the team, is open to everything. Whether with babies, children, teens or parents - we chat with everyone. And the best time for that? On the family hike to Hüttschlag in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
For two years now, no question has gone unanswered. Her motto is "There's no such thing as impossible". So she always tries to cater to all the wishes of her little guests.
Simone
In addition to her work at the Natur Kinderhof as a baby and childminder, Simone is also the swimming instructor at the hotel. Every day from Monday to Friday, she helps the little guests learn the correct swimming technique, which she really enjoys. Simone has been supporting our Kinderhof team for more than five years now with her open and friendly manner. She probably has the shortest commute to work here at Moar Gut, as she lives just around the corner.

Monika
Monika is our baby and childminder and always inspires us with her calm and level-headed manner. We have had the pleasure of welcoming her to Moar Gut for a very long time. Monika cooks, paints, dances, plays and discovers the world together with the children at Moar Gut. Her favorite program (and her specialty) at the Kinderhof is face painting.
Seijda
Her colleagues affectionately call her the "kindergarten mom" and rightly so. Because Seijda keeps an eye on everything and is always on top of things. She puts her heart and soul into her job and loves the daily contact with the children. Seijda has made it her mission to ensure that babies and children have an unforgettable vacation at Moar Gut.
Magdalena
After completing her training as an elementary teacher, Magdalena from Salzburg decided to join the Moar Gut team. Her love of children and her enthusiasm for nature, the mountains and animals brought her to us at Moar Gut in Grossarltal. With her loving and creative nature, she is always up for fun and enriches the Natur Kinderhof in a very special way.
Emily
Emily is 23 years old, from Leipzig and brand new to the Moar Gut Kinderhof team. Through her dual studies in social pedagogy, she has worked in a city kindergarten for the last four years and was able to gain valuable experience in working with children and families. Now she is looking forward to the new experiences at the Natur Kinderhof and to discovering and getting to know the beautiful surroundings in the Grossarl Valley.
Barbara
Barbara is our sports and teen supervisor and recently joined the Moar Gut team. She joined us at Moar Gut through her love of the mountains! She hikes and cycles through the most beautiful areas in Grossarltal with guests of all ages! She also does yoga and sports games with the teens and is always up for a bit of fun. Fortunately, she doesn't take herself too seriously!

Johanna
Johanna has been part of the Moar Gut team for more than seven years. She has used this year's renovation to develop both professionally and personally and to take a new path. After completing her training as a kindergarten assistant, Johanna no longer works as a breakfast waitress, but instead makes children's eyes light up at the Natur Kinderhof. Her loving motherly manner is particularly well received by the little ones. She is particularly looking forward to her new job. True to the motto "Because there is no greater adventure than children!"
Our well-coordinated Kinderhof team looks forward to making children smile every day and creating unforgettable vacation moments together. The childminders are available daily from 09.00 to 21.00 for children from the age of one month.
