Lisa and Nina invite you to a retreat at the Moar Gut on the weekend of 25 to 27.04.2025. The varied program ranges from mat Pilates to Reformer Pilates. And the best part? While the parents enjoy the Pilates sessions, the children can experience exciting hours in the Natur Kinderhof. This allows the adults to take time for themselves and fully engage in the physical exercises.

... discovered her passion for Pilates more than 10 years ago and has continued to deepen her knowledge and understanding of the body by becoming a certified BASI Pilates teacher. After living in London, Dubai, Johannesburg and Sydney over the last 20 years and experiencing the power of Pilates in all these major cities, she fell in love with the dynamic and energizing movement of Reformer Pilates many years ago. For Lisa, Pilates has become a way to connect with people wherever she is in the world, find inspiring communities and feel a sense of home.
Nina
... wants you to be proud of what your body can do and how powerful and strong you can be. Get ready to move your body to the beat of the music and feel muscles you didn't even know existed. She can't wait to move with you. Pilates has been a part of Nina's life for ten years, but it wasn't until she got pregnant that she really fell in love with Pilates.

In contrast to classic mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates uses a device with variable resistance settings. This not only strengthens muscles, but also stretches them and activates the deep muscles in a targeted manner.
