Ingredients (for approx. 8 pieces):
- 250g spelt flour
- 1 dry yeast
- 150ml oat drink (or milk, other plant-based drink)
- A dash of maple syrup
- Jam or nut butter for filling
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients into a dough and knead well until it forms a ball.
- Leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 180°C hot air
- Shape the dough into small balls and leave to rise for another 15-20 minutes.
- Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
- Pour the jam or nut butter into a piping bag and fill the doughnuts.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the doughnuts with powdered sugar
