Location and directions
Our Family Nature Resort Moar Gut is located in Grossarl in the Salzburger Land in Austria. Grossarl is nestled in the Hohe Tauern Nature Reserve, about 70 kilometres from the city of Salzburg.

Traveling to the Großarl Valley
by car
From Vienna, Munich or Salzburg, you can reach the Großarl Valley via the Tauern autobahn A10. From the Bischofen exit, take the B311 highway to St. Johann im Pongau and then L109 to the Moar Gut.

Traveling to the Großarl Valley
by airplane.
If you are arriving by plane, we recommend you fly to Salzburg or Munich. From there, we will gladly arrange a pick-up service to the Großarl Valley for you.
Traveling to the Großarl Valley
by train.
The nearest train station is in St. Johann im Pongau. If you arrive by ICE, get off at the Bischofshofen station. Buses or taxis leave from both stops to the Grossarl Valley. The next car train stops in Schwarzach, 25 kilometers from Moar Gut.
