To avoid any misunderstandings, here is a brief summary of the most important points regarding bookings:
Appointments that are canceled or postponed by the customer LESS THAN 24 HOURS in advance will be charged! See terms and conditions (rights of withdrawal)!
In case of cancellation due to illness, only the cancellation costs (cost of the unit -20%) must be paid and a note from the respective pediatrician must be sent by e-mail.
VACCINATIONS: If your baby has had a vaccination, 3 days must pass before the next floating session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for the booked appointment, the booked services can and will no longer take place in full!
In the event of a delay of 30 minutes, the full cancellation fee must be paid and the appointment automatically expires.
