Within the framework of our gourmet full board, our guests can look forward to exquisite 6-course menus in the evening, lovingly prepared by our chef Markus. Here as well: seasonal vegetables from the region, fresh herbs from the garden, and organic meat from our farm or the butcher next door. Our game meat even comes from our Moar-Gut hunt - senior director Ferd is an enthusiastic hunter. Look forward to theme nights with kitchen party & live music, the "food sharing" and "create your own bowl".
