Four generations - a project of the heart

Grandpa Ferdinand
Ferdinand is the oldest member of the family and, at the age of 90, always ensures a good atmosphere among the employees. He is always up for a quick chat or a little joke. His passion lies in hunting and farming. That's why Grandpa Ferdinand can often be found outside. He also continues to provide us with game from his own hunt, which our kitchen team turns into delicious dishes.

Elisabeth and Josef Kendlbacher
The quadruple parents Elisabeth and Josef Kendlbacher have been running the Moar Gut since the 1990s and have developed the former farm guesthouse into today's 5-star family nature resort with a lot of passion and vision. Their passion for tourism, their open ear for their employees and their concerns, and their eye for detail are what set them apart.

Thomas and Amely
As one of the managing directors, Thomas is responsible for day-to-day business. His main area of responsibility is purchasing and the entire restaurant area. Since 04.04.2024 he is married to Amely, who supports the reception and reservation area in the hotel. Amely is also responsible for guest relations and has an open ear for every request.

Viktoria and Paul
The two youngest of the four "Moar siblings" are Viktoria and Paul. Viktoria is currently studying medicine and Paul is training as a bartender in Australia. The two of them are also in the house whenever they have free time and actively support the service team.

Nora Lipp
Nora, mother of Mathilda and Ferdinand and the eldest daughter of Elisabeth and Josef, is the visionary and creative head of the house. Especially in the area of marketing and sales. The new Lillee Baby Spa for guests and locals is a project very close to her heart and she is looking forward to the opening on 28.06.2024 with great anticipation.

Ferdinand and Mathilda
The two youngest hosts in the house are Ferdinand and Mathilda. They can be found, wherever else, mostly in the Natur Kinderhof, at the playground or with the animals. The two are, so to speak, the quality managers when it comes to children's adventures.
